We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $45 and over (cart must total $45 after discounts applied, exclusive of taxes and shipping fees). We ship within the contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this point in time.

Shipping & Handling Rates

Rates are based on merchandise total before tax.
Orders under $45 standard $6 / Priority shipping (2nd day) $20.
Orders over $45 standard are FREE shipping / Priority shipping (2nd day) $20.

Orders received on Monday through Friday by 1 pm EST are shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery Options

us.uriage.com orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available.
Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout:

  • Standard Shipping

Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability.
Most standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date.
We don’t currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes.

  • Priority (2nd Day) Shipping
Priority Shipping orders placed by 1 pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 1 pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders shipped via Priority Shipping service are delivered within 2 business days from the order’s ship date.
We don’t currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes.
Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery of Priority

International Shipping

We’re sorry, products can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.


We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must include the original receipts. Only applicable for purchases made directly on us.uriage.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email here: contact us and send your item to: Uriage USA, 7300 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 200, Miami, FL, 33138, United States.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
